Commonwealth v. F

On July 12, 2009 the Defendant was observed not utilizing his turn signals and the police officer followed the Defendant down his street. The Defendant pulled into his driveway and immediately went into his home. The police officer knocked on the door and allegedly yelled at the Defendant to stop. The Defendant did not open the door to his home and subsequently the police officer filed a complaint against the Defendant for fleeing and eluding a police officer. Attorney Lauer represented the Defendant on October 5, 2009 and the charges were dropped. The Defendant was looking at a serious license suspension if he would have been convicted.

Commonwealth v. F

On July 9, 2009 the Defendant was stopped in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania for erratic driving. The police officer testified the Defendant crossed the fog line at least 12 times and he refused to submit to chemical testing. Attorney Lauer represented the Defendant on October 13, 2009 and had all the charges dismissed.

Commonwealth v. B

The Defendant was charged with going 80 mph in a 55 mph marked zone on August 23, 2009. Attorney Lauer represented the Defendant on November 2, 2009 and the Defendant was found not guilty.

Commonwealth v. P

Defendant was charged with reckless driving on July 23, 2009. Attorney Lauer represented the Defendant on November 2, 2009 and the charges were reduced to careless driving.

Commonwealth v. F

On April 18, 2009 the defendant was stopped in Franklin County, Pennsylvania for driving his vehicle with no tail lights. The defendant was requested to perform field sobriety tests and failed. The defendant submitted to a blood test with a result of 0.22%.

This was a second offense within 10 years and the defendant was looking at receiving a 90 day jail sentence. Attorney Lauer negotiated a deal so that this offense will be treated as a first offense. Instead of receiving a 90 day in jail sentence the defendant received a 30 day jail sentence.

Commonwealth v. G.

On February 8, 2009 the Defendant was stopped for erratic driving and he failed field sobriety test according to the police officer. The Defendant was arrested for DUI and he took a breath test with a result of 0.08%.

The Defendant was subsequently arrested on June 21, 2009 and he again supposedly failed field sobriety tests and he submitted to a blood test of 0.07% and he had trace amounts of marijuana in his blood system. The Defendant was charged with DUI.

Attorney Lauer represented the Defendant in Cumberland County Pennsylvania on November 24, 2009 and was successful in getting one of the DUI charges completely dismissed and reduced to a charge of public drunkenness. On the charge of DUI with marijuana in his system Attorney Lauer was successful in getting that charge reduced to a general impairment charge and the Defendant received 6 months of probation.

Commonwealth v. W.

On May 31, 2009 the Defendant was arrested in Gettysburg, PA for allegedly being involved in an automobile accident and supposedly being under the influence of alcohol. The Defendant submitted to a blood test and the result was 0.307%. Attorney Lauer represented the Defendant in Adams County on November 24, 2009 and the DUI was dismissed.

Commonwealth v. B.

On August 2, 2009 the Defendant was arrested for DUI and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Attorney Lauer represented the Defendant in Cumberland County on November 24, 2009 and the marijuana charge was dismissed.
